Wouldn’t recommend - on purchase I was emailed to say it would be 20 working days for delivery of the shed and that they would be in contact. 20 working days go by and no correspondence. I made contact to be told that there was a delay and they couldn’t confirm when delivery would be (or when the shed would even be made for that matter). I asked for a refund as I could purchase the same shed elsewhere with delivery in a matter of a week. I asked for a refund on 21st April and although they’ve acknowledged my request I am still yet to receive my money back....I have contacted 3 times now to chase my money and still yet to get it back. Avoid at all costs!

Having received an email stating my order was ready to dispatch I subsequently received another to say delivery was being rescheduled,still haven’t heard anything. Should be more forthcoming with delivery of products than reviews

Purchased BillyOh 6 x12 plastic shed arrived on time, instructions were good although a couple of pages were mixed up.. i did call before ordering to ask advise on putting roof on as we only had 2in space once in situ and told it had to be bbuilt and moved into space but deciding to chance it and we easily built in situ. My reason for 4* not 5* is the shed does not come with a floor & this is not made clear on the website? So just short of £800 I still have to purchase a floor.. overall I would recommend once built its very sturdy. Took us about 14 hrs to build over 4 evenings mainly 1 of us with no difficulty, even the roof my hubby built and added on his own even though instructions say 4 persons..

This is not a criticism of Garden Buildings Direct!! Just the product. Bought a plastic Billyoh Yardmate Pent shed. In my opinion, don't waste your money!! It was extremely difficult to assemble and needed far more than basic DIY skills. Holes didn't line up, plastic panels didn't line up, the doors are so far out of alignment the latch won't close, and I believe in heavy rain the base will fill with water!! Should have stuck with a good old wooden shed.

Very impressed with the whole experience of ordering from Garden Buildings Direct. The product was delivered quickly, and correspondence throughout the process has been fantastic. The quality of the product (BillyOh Gingerbread Junior Playhouse) is excellent. Overall - very pleased!

Love the log cabin, quick delivery.Unfortunately a couple of pieces missing.We had the materials here to remedy so didn't botherto connect them.
